How can I check on my pet during their stay?
Just call. We will be happy to let you know how your pet is adjusting and doing.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Absolutely. We feel that keeping your pet on the diet they are used too, is always best for them. The less change, the better.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We supply bedding, food and water dishes. A cookie and a kiss at bedtime are always included. We also keep extensive daily records of your pet.
What do you need us to bring when boarding?
Your must bring up to date shot records. We require Bordetella, parvo distemper, and rabies.
We ask that you bring the diet/food your dog normally eats. Please measure out meals and put in zip close baggies. It is important for the health of your dog that his diet be what he is accustomed too. Change of diet can cause diarrhea or stomach upset.
Any bedding or toys you choose to bring, must be marked with your dogs name and must be able to easily fit in the washing machine in case your pup has an overnight accident.
